Description
This is an action for wrongful death, personal injuries and property damage arising out of an intersection collision between an automobile owned by plaintiff Kitty M. Lewis and operated by her husband, and an automobile owned and operated by defendant Norman Ira Doyle. A jury trial resulted in a verdict against plaintiffs on the complaint and in favor of the defendant. The verdict also awarded defendant damages on his cross-complaint for damage to his automobile. Plaintiffs appeal from the judgment entered in accordance with the verdict of the jury and contend that the trial court erred in its instructions to the jury.
