Plaintiffs lawsuit was filed on December 21, 1981, alleging that the action of the defendant Village of Villa Park denying plaintiffs application for a special use permit was arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable and denied plaintiffs their due process and equal protection rights under the Illinois and Federal constitutions.
