FOR PUBLICATION No. 200688 Bay Circuit Court LC No. 95-001409 FC Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of conspiracy to commit carjacking, MCL 750.157a; MSA 28.354(1), carjacking, MCL 750.529a; MSA 28.797(a), armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). Defendant was sentenced as a second habitual offender to three concurrent terms of fourteen to forty years' imprisonment for the carjacking convictions and the armed robbery conviction. He was also sentenced to two concurrent terms of two years' imprisonment for the felony-firearm convictions, which are to be served consecutive to the other terms of imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
